I just published a new YouTube video: Keep Your Car Out of Probate in Arizona (Vehicle Beneficiary Form)

Did you know your car can go through probate in Arizona? There’s a simple form that prevents it.

If a vehicle is owned by just one person, you can file a vehicle beneficiary designation form so the car passes directly to the person you choose when you die, instead of getting tied up in probate at ADOT. Two things to know: don’t name a minor, and this form isn’t the right tool if two people already own the vehicle together with right of survivorship (like many married couples). But for a single owner, it’s an easy way to keep one more asset out of probate.

You can find the form at azdot.gov (link in the comments).
