I just published a new YouTube video: The Biggest Estate Planning Blind Spot
Most estate plans don’t fail after death. They fail while people are still alive.
Incapacity is the biggest blind spot I see.
People focus on wills and trusts and forget:
– financial powers of attorney
– healthcare powers of attorney
When those are missing, no one knows what to do next:
– doctors can’t get direction
– banks won’t act
– schools are stuck
– families scramble
Estate planning isn’t just about death.
It’s about decision-making when you can’t speak for yourself.
